Terms and Conditions for URBAN FLOW YOGA FEST event ticket Purchase

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events organized by ASHRAM, a registered association under Slovak law, with its registered office at Wolkrova 1135/7, 85101, Bratislava, Slovakia, and registration number IČO: 53180976.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Ticket Purchase Process

To purchase tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the event page on the official Ashram website or the designated ticketing platform.

  2. Select the desired event and ticket type.

  3. Provide necessary personal information, including your name and email address.

  4. Choose a payment method and complete the transaction.

  5. Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket via email.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card payments

  • PayPal

All transactions are processed securely through the chosen payment gateway.

  1. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically:

  • E-Ticket: An email containing a PDF ticket with a QR code will be sent to the provided email address.

  • Mobile Ticket: A QR code will be available in your email or user profile on the ticketing platform.

Ensure you have access to your email or the ticketing platform to retrieve your ticket before attending the event.

  1. Ticket Usage

Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Unauthorized duplication or resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in entry denial.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled. In such instances, information regarding refunds or exchanges will be provided via email.
